مجلس نمایندگان افغانستان صلاحیت وزیر حج و اوقاف را که برای استیضاح فراخوانده بود، دوباره تائید کرده است.

محمد یوسف نیازی، وزیر حج و اوقاف افغانستان از سوی مجلس نمایندگان به دلیل "سوءاستفاده از صلاحیت مقام وزارت" و فرستادن مقامات دولتی برای شرکت در مراسم حج به شکل غیرقانونی، استیضاح شده بود.

اما اظهارات آقای نیازی در مجلس، ظاهرا قناعت بیشتر نمایندگان را فراهم کرد و بیشتر نمایندگان به ابقای او در وزارت حج و اوقاف رای دادند.

نمایندگان مجلس اخیرا ادعا کردند که سال گذشته صدها نفر از مقامات دولتی به شکل غیرقانونی به مراسم حج فرستاده شده اند، در حالی که افراد عادی با وجود آنکه مراحل قانونی رفتن به مراسم حج را نیز کامل کرده بودند، از رفتن به حج بازماندند.

اما وزیر حج و اوقاف در یک گفتگو با بی بی سی گفت که این کار را برخی از مقامات ارشد وزارت، در غیاب او انجام داده اند و او از آن اطلاعی ندارد.

آقای نیازی به بی بی سی گفته بود: "برخی ماموران ما در وزارت در غیاب من امرهای فوق العاده صادر کرده اند. متاسفانه هر مشکلی که ایجاد می شود و یا هم هر اشتباهی که از سوی ماموران سر می زند وزیر متهم می شود. برخی ماموران در وزارت که در سطح معاونان و روسای من هستند در این قضیه دست دارند."

او همچنین گفت که از جمله ۷۳۰ موردی که از آن مقامات دولتی برای رفتن به مراسم حج استفاده کرده اند، ۳۵۰ سهمیه به پارلمان و ۲۰۰ سهمیه به ریاست جمهوری داده شده است.

افغانستان هر سال بین ۲۵ تا ۳۰ هزار سهمیه برای شرکت در مراسم حج دریافت می کند، اما متقاضیان رفتن به حج در افغانستان، به مراتب نسبت به این سهمیه بیشتر است.

از این میان، هر سال صدها سهمیه به ادارات دولتی داده می شود و کارمندان این ادارات با بودجه و مصارف دولتی در مراسم حج شرکت می کنند.

وزارت حج و اوقاف افغانستان همواره در زمینه مراسم حج و اعزام زایران افغان، با اتهامات فساد روبرو بوده است.
